Update: We have been given notice that due to a large production increase, supply issues, COVID-19 related issues and now USPS delays, our guaranteed delivery dates have now been pushed up 2 days. We also cannot 100% guarantee delivery times despite the information below.
USPS and FedEx have both notified us that deliveries are being delayed. Unfortunately these things are beyond our control, however we will make every attempt to get you your order on time. We can guarantee shipment by Christmas and within the time frames as guaranteed by our shipping partners, but once the package leaves our facility it is up to them to guarantee they get the package to you.
If your tracker says, "Your package is in transit but arriving late." There is nothing we can do. This is 100% the fault of USPS. We recommend reaching out to USPS and asking where your package is. We can ship you a new package, but chances are it will also arrive late.
If your tracker says, "Your package is in pre-shipment" it HAS shipped. USPS is utterly dropping the ball this holiday season and we are seeing this message more and more. When an order is stuck in "Pre-Shipment" status, that is USPS code for "...we scanned your package but don't know where it is and/ or we missed it's initial scan at the original distribution center, but it will be scanned at another delivery point along the way." Once your package reaches the last mile destination (your local post office) the tracking will magically update and will probably be delivered that day. It's frustrating for both the customer and us, but there is nothing we can do about the situation unfortunately.
Please note: Due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the expectation of increased demand, these timeframes can be changed at anytime. We do not anticipate any major changes, but we want to stress that you should order early and not wait until the last minute.
To make sure that we can print and ship all of your orders on time for the holidays, we've worked with our printer to come up with the following Holiday 2020 order deadlines. Any orders that come in after these deadlines cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time.
If you're ordering last minute, we'll still try to get your order to you in time. However, if we cannot get it to you in time, we'll send you a complimentary print proof for you to print out and put under the tree (we'll try to let you know if it doesn't look like your order is going to make it).
So, make sure to order on time, so everyone on your list is happy!

Last year, we added an express shipping option and after December 16, 2020, we will re-add it on our site. Express shipping will get the package to you within 1-2 business days (either 2 Day FedEx or Overnight FedEx, depending on if it's available in your area).
Express shipping will be approximately $50 (Overnight is expensive, and we're unfortunately not Mr. Bezos) but to ensure that you will absolutely get your packages on time, here is the delivery time frame for these packages:

If you don't want to pay for the express shipping, we now offer gift cards that can be digitally delivered. Hooray for convenience and last minute gift ideas!

*To our Canadian Brothers and Sisters Across the Border: We have good news! For those of you who have ordered from us before, you know that we've had delays at customs particularly around the holiday season. Guess what? We now have a Canadian printing facility! Hahaha! We win!
