Holiday 2019 Order Deadlines

Posted by on

To make sure that we can print and ship all of your orders on time for the holidays, we've worked with our printer to come up with the following Holiday 2019 order deadlines. Any orders that come in after these deadlines cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time.

If you're ordering last minute, we'll still try to get your order to you in time. However, if we cannot get it to you in time, we'll send you a complimentary print proof for you to print out and put under the tree (we'll try to let you know if it doesn't look like your order is going to make it).

So, make sure to order on time, so everyone on your list is happy!

United States: December 15, 2019
United States (Military): December 15, 2019
Canada: December 6, 2019*
Europe: December 12, 2019
Everywhere Else: December 6, 2019

Last year, we added an express shipping option and after December 15, 2019, we will re-add it on our site. Express shipping will get the package to you within 1-2 business days (either 2 Day FedEx or Overnight FedEx, depending on if it's available in your area).

Express shipping will be approximately $50 (Overnight is expensive, and we're unfortunately not Mr. Bezos) but to ensure that you will absolutely get your packages on time, here is the delivery time frame for these packages:

United States: December 19, 2019

*To our Canadian Brothers and Sisters Across the Border: Last year we experienced significant delays due to the CUPW strike. While we do not anticipate any major delays like last year, Canada tends to have ridiculously long custom times. These times tend to get worse during the holidays.

Despite DHL (our international logistics company) telling us that packages are expected to arrive 3-5 days after shipping, these package times do not include customs processing. Customs tend to take an additional 3-5 business days. Please order early just to be safe!

*Update (12/1/2019): We are beginning to notice that Canadian customs are slowing down. Orders are taking up to a week and a half to clear customs. Order sooner rather than later.

*Update (12/8/2019): Canada Post has officially acknowledged higher than usual seasonal volumes are affecting customs processing and delays are expected.
